- The mobile device running the Techmandoober application (typically for drivers, using GPS and other
sensors). Location may be collected while the app is in use, or potentially in the background during
designated work periods or trips, only with explicit user permission and configuration.
- Dedicated telematics hardware installed in vehicles.
Purpose: Real-time vehicle tracking, route history recording, generating reports (mileage,
stops, routes), dispatching, safety alerts, and geofencing.
Device Information:
Information about the mobile device used to access the Service, such as:
- Device model
- Operating system and version
- Unique device identifiers (e.g., Device ID)
- Mobile network information
Camera Access (If Applicable):
- If our Service includes features requiring camera use (e.g., documenting vehicle condition, accidents,

the service record. We do not access your camera roll or other photos unless you specifically choose to

our Service ("Service Providers"), such as cloud hosting providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure),
mapping services (see Section 5), analytics providers, and communication services. These third parties
have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to
disclose or use it for any other purpose.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or

addresses with Google Maps Platform APIs to display maps, calculate routes, and provide address lookups.
